The terms and conditions set out below are to be applied to the use of this website ( GALANNI.COM.AU ). By using or by purchasing on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use this website.

In these terms and conditions, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to GALANNI.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

GALANNI reserves the right to alter and change these terms and conditions occasionally. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website following such publication will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended. It is your responsibility to be aware of these terms and conditions as they may be altered.

Order Cancellation

For any unforeseen reasons, if you request to cancel your order during any stages of production; A cancellation fee of 30%, admin fees and any services fees that were applied on order will also be deducted from order total and a credit note will be issued only ( No refund ).

Abandon Orders

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, for any reason resulting to the parcel being redirected back to us, GALANNI will decide if the parcel will be:

  • a) Garment was made by our standard size range and Returned to GALANNI for a store credit (not refund) minus the original and return shipping costs, insurance cover fee, any service fees, import fees / taxes and admin charges that incurred.
  • b) Garment made by our Custom Size service and Returned to GALANNI - Due to the size customisation request made on the garment, No store credit will be issued ( No refund ) 
  • c) Lost or damaged during awaiting collection/transit - No refund, store credit or replacement will be given to you. 

GALANNI reserves the right to determine which of the refused package outcomes is most suited. You as the customer waive your rights once a package is refused or abandoned

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - GALANNI cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.

  • c) Destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. No refund, store credit or replacement will be given to you.

CUSTOM SIZE

A Custom Size Order is a request to acquire goods made with measurements you provide. Verify all measurements are accurate and entered correctly before ordering, as changes cannot be made post-purchase. GALANNI disclaims liability for inaccurate measurements resulting to an improper fit.

  • All orders made from our Custom Size service are strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable due to garment customization. ( We custom made the garment to the measurements provided in order ).
  • To construct a custom size garment. Meticulous pattern making is required to tailor for the customers measurements and specification on material stretch / composition ratio allowance. We may deduct approximately 2cm from the provided measurements stated in order to allow stretch allowance and to ensure a fitted and firm fit based on the measurements provided. ( Customers - Please do not deduct this amount from your initial measurement )
  • Please Note, when measuring and providing your body measurements that you agree that to take into consideration any body measurement fluctuations affecting your measurements that may occur between getting measured / placing your Order / and the completion of your garment. GALANNI takes no responsibility if fluctuations occurs when receiving your garment. However keep in mind that all of our garments are made with stretch material allowing flexibility in fit.
  • Custom Size only pertains to the fit of the garment. No custom design customization requests are accommodated.
FAULTY GOODS

We make every effort to carefully curate our garments with care. Each garment undergoes meticulous quality inspect whilst in production and prior to dispatch. If the garment you received if faulty, please ensure you comply with the specific conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions below.

Please contact us immediately via email enquiries@galanni.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the garment with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Images that clearly outlines the fault

Once a return request is confirmed by GALANNI you must return garment by mail postmarked the following business day. Past postmarked deadline, the garments condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.

ONCE RECIEVED AND WORN
  • We take immense pride in ensuring that we deliver items to you in a perfect and flawless condition. Therefore once tags are removed, you are responsible for caring and storing your GALANNI garments correctly.
  • Care must be taken with all GALANNI garments to sustain their original quality. Jewellery, sharp objects and rough surfaces could damage the delicate fabrics used in our garments.
  • For faults that have developed soon after an item has been worn for the first time, you may be eligible for a complimentary repair by GALANNI (subject to our discretion). Please contact our team to check whether you are eligible. 
  • Any items which have been misused, damaged, mistreated, altered or roughly handled by the customer are not eligible for refund or repair once tags have been removed.

CLEANING FAULTS
  • Each garment has a care label attached which provides the correct cleaning instructions. When followed correctly, a garments original quality should be sustained.
  • Garments cannot be deemed faulty if incorrect method of washing was applied . To ensure your garment is washed correctly please read washing instructions inside of garment.
  • GALANNI is not responsible and will not take liability if the selected dry cleaners have damaged the garment, during their care by neglecting to follow the nominated washing method.
  • When in doubt, our garments are best hand-washed or spot cleaned due to their intricate nature.
  • GALANNI will not be held liable for any damage which has been caused to your garment by a third-party dry-cleaning company. We recommend using a highly reputable dry cleaner that specialises in bridal and evening-wear only.
DRESS HIRE FAULTS
  • Please note our regular returns policy does not apply for dress hire businesses.
  • Any such businesses placing orders agree that they waive their right to return / credit / refund / exchange / repair or remedy in any circumstance.
Promotional Codes

All promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Code is valid, and that you enter the Code at the time of making your purchase online. We cannot apply the Code retrospectively once you have submitted your Order. No more than one promotional code can be applied at checkout or to an order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. GALANNI reserves the rights to cancel or refuse the usage of any promotional code at any time.

All promotional codes must be applied at checkout, and cannot be applied to any previous or retrospective orders or gift card purchases. We have the right to refuse use of any promotional code for any reason. The times of use will be outlined in the marketing material, the code cannot be used outside of this time.

GIFT CARDS

To purchase a Gift Card from the Website, navigate to Gift Cards on the Website select the Gift Card of choice and fill in the required information on the online form. Once completed add to your cart and then proceed to payment/checkout as normal. Once you complete the online transaction and it is validated, an e-Gift Card will be sent via email to the recipient's email address nominated in the form. It is then ready to use on the Website.

  • Gift Cards & Credit Notes are valid for 3 year from date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards & Credit Notes can be redeemed against all products on the Site.
  • Gift Cards & Credit Notes are non-transferable, can only be used on the Site.
  • Gift Cards & Credit Notes may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card or Credit Note, the remaining balance will be available and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.
  • All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid via an alternate payment method.
  • GALANNI is not liable for delivery of a Gift Card or Credit Note to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • GALANNI is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • GALANNI reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card or Credit Note if we deem such action necessary.
  • You cannot use any discount codes to purchase a Gift Card.
ONLINE ACCOUNT

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account (including Orders placed using your Account), and you must keep your Account password secure.

GALANNI is not liable or any Loss suffered or incurred by you as a result of any unauthorised activity on your Account if you fail to keep your Account login information secure. You must not use another person’s Account without GALANNI’s, and/or the other person’s, express written permission. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or that your password is no longer secure, you must notify GALANNI immediately and take immediate steps to re-secure your Account (including by changing your password). GALANNI may refer fraudulent or abusive or illegal activity to the relevant authorities for investigation or prosecution.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to size exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

CURRENCY

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and charged in Australian Dollars. If you select Bank Transfer to purchase your order, total value of order must be paid in Australian Dollars ( AUD ) Only. Your bank will determine the exchange rate and final value you will pay at time of transfer. We recommend checking your bank’s website for their current exchange rates and policies. If you use a credit card to purchase your order, the bank that has issued your card determines the exchange rate and final value you will pay. NOT AUTHORISED FOR RENTAL USE (COMMERCIAL HIRE) WITHOUT LICENSING AND CONSENT

GALANNI products are not to be used for commercial hire purposes, in unauthorised advertising, or resold commercially by unauthorised vendors. Any commercial rental, including leasing for events, advertising, or other commercial purposes, requires prior written consent and is subject to a licensing agreement. Unauthorised use will be subject to legal action and you, the customer, are responsible for any legal costs arising from such breaches.
