This custom service incurs a fee of $100.00 AUD on top of the garment price ( Total price is included at checkout )
STAGE 1 - MEASURMENTS
For a bespoke tailored fit, enter your bust, underbust, waist, and hip measurements in the custom size fields for your chosen style on the product page. Follow our measurement guide carefully to ensure accuracy.
STAGE 2 - CUSTOM PATTERNS
Upon receiving the measurements you provide, our experienced team will intricately tailor patterns for your preferred style. Each pattern is carefully reviewed and reconstructed with meticulous precision, ensuring that every detail aligns with your unique proportions to secure the ultimate fit.
STAGE 3 - PRODUCTION
Once your custom patterns and fabric have been cut, production of your garment will begin. This stage involves meticulous craftsmanship and expert tailoring to ensure a perfect fit. Please note that the production timeline is the same as for a standard order and will require the full recommended timeframe indicated on the product page.
STAGE 4 - COMPLETION
Once the creation of your custom size garment is complete, you will be promptly notified. Your order will then move into our dispatch preparation stage, where it is quality-checked, securely packed,
and ready for safe delivery.
HOW TO MEASURE
Ensure your measuring tape is level and your feet are placed evenly on the ground. for best results measurements are to be taken under clothing
BUST
To measure your bust, over a non-padded bra wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your chest while keeping your arms straight down at your sides.
UNDERBUST
To measure your underbust, wrap the tape measure directly under the bust, where bra underwire would sit.
WAIST
To determine your waist size, measure around the narrowest point of your waist.
HIPS
To measure, ensure feet are placed evenly on the ground and wrap the tape measure around the fullest point of the hips.
To place a Custom Size Order, simply go to the product page of the desired style.
- STEP 1 - Select Custom Size as the size option.
- STEP 2 - Please enter your measurements in the required measurements field tabs ( Bust/ Underbust / Waist / Hips ) Please enter measurements in ( CM - Centimeters ).
- STEP 3 - When all measurement fields are entered in. Please click on the required checkbox. By clicking on this box you acknowledge and agree with the custom size service fee and terms and conditions of this order.
- STEP 4 - Click on 'Add to Cart' then proceed to checkout
Please ensure that all measurements are measured correctly and entered in correctly prior to placing your order as once order is placed the measurements provided in order can not be changed.
- All orders made from our Custom Size service are strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable due to garment customization. ( We custom made the garment to the measurements provided in order ).
- To construct a custom size garment. Meticulous pattern making is required to tailor for the customers measurements and specification on material stretch / composition ratio allowance. We may deduct approximately 2cm from the provided measurements stated in order to allow stretch allowance and to ensure a fitted and firm fit based on the measurements provided. ( Customers - Please do not deduct this amount from your initial measurement )
- Please Note, when measuring and providing your body measurements that you agree that to take into consideration any body measurement fluctuations affecting your measurements that may occur between getting measured / placing your order / and the completion of your garment. GALANNI does not accept liability for fluctuations upon receiving your garment or inaccurate measurements leading to an improper fit . However keep in mind that all of our garments are made with stretch material allowing flexibility in fit.
- Custom Size only pertains to the fit of the garment. No custom design customization requests are accommodated.
