AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice prior to purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment for you. Due to the made-to-order nature of our handmade garments;

Garments made from our STANDARD SIZE RANGE ( 6, 6B, 8, 8B, 10, 10B, 12, 12B ) Can be exchanged for a different SIZE ONLY (No Refund) If the following conditions are met - GALANNI is notified via email for a size exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order ( This timeframe commences from mail postmark time/date of collection ). We do not accepted size exchange request if mail postmarked passes this timeframe.  

Garments made by our CUSTOM SIZE service are strictly No Refund / No Exchange due to the customisation request on the garment. ( We custom made the garment to the measurements provided in order ).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SIZE EXCHANGE

All exchanged size garments will require the same production timeline as original order ( Production timeline varies depending on style ) The retuned garment must follow conditions below; if these conditions are not met, we can not approve a size exchange.

  • Exchange Request must be initiated to GALANNI via email within 24 Hours of delivery.
  • Garment must be delivered via post to the specified return address provided no later then the next business day of size exchange approval.
  • Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
  • Have all tags still attached, with all accessories, GALANNI Box and packaging included in the parcel
  • Has NOT been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, or washed.
  • Garment must not have any damage or any signs of use.
  • We cannot accept garments with any kind of odour, makeup stains, deodorant stains, fragrance from perfume, body lotions or fake tan stains.

Package with love and care. All size exchange shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer, we recommend returning with a tracking number so that you are able to track your parcel. GALANNI do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost in transit or damaged on return to us.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items purchased from the GALANNI online store are final sale. We do not offer refunds, credits notes, or exchanges on any sale item purchased online. Please note, any sale item returned without authorisation will be sent back at an additional charge.
