PRODUCTION TIMELINE
All GALANNI orders entail a MADE-TO-ORDER process with a 2 - 3 week production timeline starting from the purchase date (transit time excluded). Production duration varies based on the style. AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Dispatched via Aus Post Express - Flat rate $25.00 AUD per garment
Once garment production is complete and ready for dispatch, order will be shipped to nominated shipping address that you provided to us at check-out. We only ship orders during business days and do not arrange shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.
All orders require a signature on delivery, due to this we do not accept PO boxes or parcel lockers as a nominated shipping address. If no one is present to sign at nominated shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post may leave a calling card or SMS notification directing you to local Post Office for collection. Please ensure prompt pick up to avoid the parcel being sent back.

Please note, Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping can occur. GALANNI is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high volume seasons. GALANNI is not liable for any items lost, stolen or damaged during transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to nominate a suitable delivery location and to securely receive the order. We will not provide compensation for any items declared as lost or missing following delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Dispatched via Aus Post Express Courier - Flat rate $85.00 AUD per garment.
Once garment production is complete and ready for dispatch; order will be shipped to the nominated shipping address that you provided to us at check-out. We only ship orders during business days and do not arrange shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.
All orders require a signature on delivery, due to this we do not accept PO boxes or parcel lockers as a nominated shipping address, except for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and FIJI.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates which are unfortunately beyond our control. GALANNI will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or any other associated processes.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
GALANNI cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, for any reason resulting to the parcel being redirected back to us, GALANNI will decide if the parcel will be:
- a) Garment was made by our standard size range and Returned to GALANNI for a store credit (not refund) minus the original and return shipping costs, insurance cover fee, any service fees, import fees / taxes and admin charges that incurred.
- b) Garment made by our Custom Size service and Returned to GALANNI - Due to the size customisation request made on the garment, No store credit will be issued ( No refund )
- c) Destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. No refund, store credit or replacement will be given to you.
GALANNI reserves the right to determine which of the refused package outcomes is most suited. You as the customer waive your rights once a package is refused or abandoned.
