PRODUCTION
All GALANNI orders are made-to-order and entail a production timeline of up to 2 - 3 weeks from purchase date, excluding transit time.
Production duration varies based on the style. To check the production timeframe for your desired style, refer to the style product page. For more information about our made-to-order process, click here.
If you are needing your made-to-order garment sooner than its anticipated production timeframe, our Priority Service is available.
All garments are proudly handmade and designed in Sydney, Australia since 2004.
All garments are designed by GALANNI. We do not provide custom design services or accommodate requests for garment alterations.
We do not offer or retail off cuts of our materials.
PRODUCT
To ensure you are selecting the best size for you, we recommend for you to compare your body measurements to our Size Guide chart.
If you need assistance with size selection please reach out to our Customer Service team with the product name and your body measurements for us to guide you to the best size for you.
Yes we can, introducing Custom Size Service!
Custom size is a service we provide for customers who want a personalised fit. We make the garment in accordance to the measurements you provide.
- This custom service does occur an additional $100.00 AUD on top of garment price ( Total price is included at checkout )
- Production timeline is the same as a normal order, it will require the full recommend timeframe of selected style.
- Custom size orders are strictly No Refund / No Exchange due to garment customization. ( We custom made the garment to the measurements provided in order )

Our size range offers an additional size range called B (BUST) sizes. Tailored to accommodate a larger bust while maintaining the true garment size.
- 6B (Size 6 garment with a 8 garment size bust cups)
- 8B (Size 8 garment with a 10 garment size bust cups)
- 10B (Size 10 garment with a 12 garment size bust cups)
- 12B (Size 12 garment with a 14 garment size bust cups)

While we operate on a made-to-order basis, our styles have limitations. Once the material resources for a style are fulfilled, it will be listed as sold out.
- Our website displays all current and past Collection Campaign Lookbooks. If a style isn't shown in the main store catalog, it's no longer available for ordering.
SHIPPING
We sure do. All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via Aus Post Courier Express. For all shipping related information please click here.
Unfortunately, duties and taxes are not included in our prices for international orders. Please consider the potential import taxes applicable in your region. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.

- Australian orders are dispatched via Aus Post Express - Flat rate $25.00 AUD per garment.
- International orders are dispatched via Aus Post International Express Courier - Flat rate $85.00 AUD per garment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that you can use to track the progress of your delivery.

We request a signature on delivery for all parcels, if you are not home for delivery your package will be waiting for you at your local post office.
ORDERS
If you are needing your made to order garment sooner than its anticipated production time frame, our team can review in line with our Priority Service.
Our Priority Service is an extension on our unique made to order model. Our team will do their best to accommodate the expedition request of your garment make.
- Please note, a Priority Service on your order will require an additional fee. This fee is dependent on the requested make time.
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Please ensure you double check your order details and are completely satisfied with your purchase before you submit it.
Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice prior to purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment for you. Due to the made-to-order nature of our handmade garments;
- Garments made from our STANDARD SIZE RANGE ( 6, 6B, 8, 8B, 10, 10B, 12, 12B ) Can be exchanged for a different SIZE ONLY (No Refund)
- Garments made by our CUSTOM SIZE service are strictly No Refund / No Exchange due to the customisation request on the garment. ( We custom made the garment to the measurements provided in order ).

Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice prior to purchasing to ensure you have selected the right garment for you. GALANNI does not accept refund or exchange on all International Orders.
- Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email that your order has commenced into production.
- When your order is nearly complete we will notify you via email of an approx. or scheduled dispatch date.
- Once dispatched we will send you a confirmation email of dispatch which will include your tracking number.
If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check all junk folders, as email can frequently be hiding in there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please email us at enquires@galanni.com.au

GALANNI does not offer split payments.
As we are an Australian brand. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
GALANNI E-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. E-Gift Cards recipients will receive an email notification with a code to use at checkout.
When you’re ready to checkout and are viewing the pieces in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your voucher code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
