All garments on our online store are made-to-order and do require a production timeline of up to 1- 4 weeks from order date. Production time frame varies on each garment (style production timeframe is displayed on each style on product page on our eboutique).

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING | FLAT RATE $25 PER ITEM

Once the made-to-order is complete, the products will be shipped to the address you provided to us at check-out. We only ship orders during business days and do not arrange shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post, due to this we do not accept a PO Box as a nominated shipping address. If no one is at the nominated address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post may leave a calling card directing you to local Post Office for collection. Please ensure prompt pick up to avoid the goods being sent back.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, end of season sale, and holiday periods. Please allow up to 1 -4 business days for your order to be delivered

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | FLAT RATE $85 PER ITEM

Once the made-to-order is complete, the products will be shipped to the nominated shipping address you provided to us at check-out. We only ship orders during business days and do not arrange shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders require a signature upon delivery. International deliveries cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes, except for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and FIJI

International orders  may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates which are unfortunately beyond our control. GALANNI will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or any other associated processes.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

GALANNI cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer. Please note as all items are Made-To-Order; if you decline to pay the duties and taxes invoiced at the destination, or Abandon order at customs for any reason resulting to the parcel being redirected back to us / or request to cancel your order whist in production, transit or and customs, all shipping fees and admin charges related to this canceled order will be deducted from order total and a credit note will be issued. ( No refund ).

Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. To comply with Australia Export Regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable merchandise. GALANNI will not mark any international orders as ‘Gift’ or ‘Sample’, Due to law Prohibitions.
